Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor’s Degree from the Concordia University and completed course work in graduate studies at the Norman Paterson School of International Affairs at Carleton University. Work experience comprises fisheries and limnology research and analysis; geological and geophysical exploration; historical litigation research and analysis related to residential schools, land claims and environmental policy.
